I enjoy Glamping and traveling with my husband and our Shih Tzu pup Gracie. I'm not into coffee and I think wine is overrated. In my world you don't Have To do anything, you Get To.
I believe that fantasizing about the impossible is totally reasonable, striving for satisfaction is a must, and at the end of the day love and solid relationships are all that matter. It's been said that I'm the perfect mix of your loving sister, sassy best friend, and eclectic aunt who always has a crazy and interesting story to tell.

I take a calm, honest, no-nonsense approach to success and empower my clients by connecting Soul to Soul, putting their message into words, which allows them to make sense of things both spiritually and relationally.

I have over 30 years in brain re-patterning and neuroscience and have developed a method that empowers our clients to notice if they are using their new neural pathway or have plugged back into their old ways of thinking and being.
This has not only reduced anxiety for our clients, it has helped them to make more money in their business and improve their relationships.

In addition to my work as a Transformational Performance Improvement Coach I work closely with my husband, Amb. Terry Earthwind Nichols, in training and certifying Repetitive Behavior Cellular Regression® Practitioners as part of the Earthwind Academy.

My Story
​
I am a recognized global thought leader, speaker, author, UN Peace Ambassador at Large, and Chairman of Evolutionary Healer. As a retired U.S. Navy Profiler, I created The CR Process in search of a way to help myself overcome a life of repeated success and then self-sabotaging failure. After discovering The CR Process, my wife Linda Vettrus-Nichols helped me to further develop this online, Q & A process.
Our work allows our clients to discover the foundational memory that drives their repetitive behaviors. We started out working with self-sabotage and procrastination and now also work with anxiety, fear, Complex PTSD, Military Sexual Trauma, and Suicide Ideation. Repetitive Behavior Cellular Regression® is currently in 17 countries, 3 Canadian Provinces, 2 German States, 27 US States (6 languages)
